SUMMARY:
Main Responsibilities:
- Close calls on service desk within SLA.
- Active Directory administration (creating users)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Prep and install PCs, telephone systems, peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications
Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
Support inhouse sites/Remote Sites.
Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients
Use call logging system to accurately record telephone requests
Assist with system and user reports daily

Requirements:

Willing to work long hours.
Good working knowledge of MS office products.
Good administration skills.
Ability to learn new software/hardware system easily.
Desktop and laptop hardware experience.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Multifunction printer experience.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking.
Willing to travel extensively to clients.
