Job Description

To improve efficiency, reduce waste, identify and implement solutions, meet project deadlines and accurately document the necessary requirements to be done in accordance with local / global strategic planning and standards in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening and presenting qualified applicants in order to promote our employer brand shorten our time to hire and attract the best talent. The candidate needs to have an excellent working knowledge of IT technology, IT technical roles, technical abilities as well as knowledge of the recruitment process. Finally, you will help us establish a strong technical pipeline by assisting us in hiring and retaining qualified workers for our IT positions.

Qualification:

• A relevant minimum of NQF 7 (IT /Human Resources or relevant qualification)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or HR.

Knowledge and Experience:

• • Working knowledge of South African Environmental Legislation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949; ISO 45001 and auditing experience, will be an advantage.
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of business processes, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exposure to audits and knowledge of corrective action management.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Relevant HR legislation e.g., SDA, LRA, BBBEE
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Willingness to work a 3-shift model
• Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function
• Leadership behaviours as per LEAD

Outputs:

• Advertise vacancy on Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct screening and shortlisting of applicants.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Co-ordinate psychometric assessments with the provider and provide assessment feedback to LoB and all successful candidates as well as unsuccessful candidates timeously
• Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews.
• Presenting the resume of the most successful candidates to the hiring manager.
• Analyse; verify the information and responses obtained through the interviews.
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Keeping track of all candidates as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates.
• Offering job positions to successful candidates and completing relevant paperwork.
• Support with marketing of the company IT Hub
• Performing all outputs in compliance to the Company's Integrity Codes & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations
