Opportunity Available! Our well known client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a IT Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic team in East London.

Outputs

Advertise vacancy on Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Conduct screening and shortlisting of applicants.
Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Co-ordinate psychometric assessments with the provider and provide assessment feedback to LoB and all successful candidates as well as unsuccessful candidates timeously
Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews.
Presenting the resume of the most successful candidates to the hiring manager.
Analyse; verify the information and responses obtained through the interviews.
Performing background and reference checks.
Keeping track of all candidates as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates.
Offering job positions to successful candidates and completing relevant paperwork.

Job Requirements:

A relevant minimum of NQF 7 (IT /Human Resources or relevant qualification)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or HR
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Computer literacy, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Marketing experience would be advantageous
MS Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Relevant HR legislation e.g. SDA, LRA, BBBEE

Knowledge and Experience
Working knowledge of South African Environmental Legislation.
Knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949; ISO 45001 and auditing experience, will be an advantage.
3 years relevant experience
Knowledge of business processes, tasks and responsibilities.
Exposure to audits and knowledge of corrective action management.
