POSITION INFO:

Well established IT Company in Gauteng is looking to employ a Techncial Manager as part of their expansion plans. Minimum requirements are Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification. Own vehicle and a valid driver''s license is a pre-requisite. Must have at least 5 years experience in 3rd level IT support and have good customer service orientation.

KPI''s will include marketing services to new clients and growing the customer base, support existing clients, on-site and remote support, recruiting new staff and manage existing. Printer support networks, Windows platform and Microsoft office suite experience, etc. Mac platform experience is an advantage.
