Systems Support - IT - Insurance Industry BSc Computer Science

POSITION INFO:

Be part of a vibrant, passionate client interfacing company. Our client is one of the largest, independent financial planning companies in South Africa. They are seeking to employ a a technically skilled and experienced Systems Admin Assistant ai, who has a strong detail focus and is skilled at managing various Client Relationship Management systems.

The candidate will support the Shared Services team, maintain and develop relationships with internal staff as well as external Service providers.

Minimum requirements
Qualifications
• Matric
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science

Experience
• 1-2 years’ working experience.
• Computer literacy: Word, Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• CRM software experience ( atWORK, Xplan, Salesforce, Zoho, SAGE Enterprise resource program, HTML, CSS)
• Mailing platforms (Mailchimp, Everlytic)
• Digital platforms
• Financial Services Industry would be advantageous.
