Our Client is on the hunt for graduates who is looking for an opportunity to gain practical work experience.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Technical systems architecture design and configurations.
Prepare technical documentation and specifications.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and hypervisor operating systems.
Network installation, configuration, and continuous monitoring.
Diagnosis of network issues, monitoring switches, routers, and network cards.
Onsite, O365, and remote desktop support.
Printer configuration and support.
PABX system support and maintenance.
General hardware and software support.
Backup software installation and maintenance.
Anti-Virus software installation, updating, and monitoring.
Attend technical meetings with the customer.
Update and maintain the site records/support logs via the helpdesk system.
Travel to customer location to perform any of the above.
ITIL process adoption.
General technical problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements:

A Degree or BTech in Information Systems or an IT-related Diploma (NQF 6 or higher).
You are a South African citizen
MUST reside in the Western Cape.
You are between the ages of 20 and 35.
You desire an opportunity to gain practical work experience as a technical/systems engineer.
