I.T Systems Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Matric
• IT degree / diploma will be a huge bonus but its not a requirement
• CompTIA A+/Network
• MSCE: Windows Server 2016

Requirements

• 3 + years experience in the administration of a MS server environment
• 3 + years experience 1st ad 2d line CRM/ERP systems support
• 3 + years exposure to the supply chain industry
• a Go getter attitude, great team player and comfortable communicating remotely and in person

• Beneficial - MS reporting services, basic T - SQL (SQL coding will be trained), Fortinet firewall, fortinet voice experience, understanding accounting business process, MS azure exposure.

Duties

• Maintain and support network and computer infrastructure - physical and virtual servers, firewalls and switches etc. Administrate PDC and BDC, active directory, DNS, DHCP. Maintain azure web services and backup storage. WSSUS, disaster recovery. Oversee antivirus protection  

• Maintain and support the operational system - Office 365 for Head office and franchises, maintain and support ERP and CRM systems ad components. Maintain and support 3rd party applications

• Complete system installations and upgrade - Upgrade network components with the latest technology available, upgrade and install newer versions of the software

• Manage network security
