SUMMARY:
Support HO and Branches with IT functions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Setup end user computers
·         Manage operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
·         Oversee data and system backups
·         Resolve network and technical print issues
·         Knowledge of 0365
·         Create AD users
·         Create Group Policy’s
·         Able to do network installations
·         Setup barcode scanners
·         Support and maintain cameras
·         Setup and maintain Kerridge (ERP) system printing
·         Good knowledge of sever 2012 and 2016
·         Support and maintain Biometrics systems
·         Support both HO and branches
.         Procurement of IT equipment

Required experience:
·         MCITP
·         Win Server 2013
·         Win Server 2012
·         Win 10 & 11
·         Microsoft Office
·         5+ years IT experience
