IT Support Technician

Minimum Requirements:

• Beneficial: CompTIA A+ and N+ certificate or any relevant IT Degree.
• 2+ years’ experience as an IT Support Technician.
• In-dept Hardware and Software knowledge.
• MS Office.
• Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of IT Hardware and Software.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify issues.
• Repair and replace faulty components of computer systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to enquiries about hardware and software issues.
• Assisting customers with queries and provide solutions to technical problems.
• Assisting with removing and fixing faulty equipment.
• Providing technical support.
