IT Support (Graduates with Computer Science Degree's or equivalent are welcome to apply)

Overview Objective of the role:

As IT Support/Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support to the company, including providing in-house front line user support (answering, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to keep employees productive) and utilising external IT partners when required.
Report to CTO.

Duties and responsibilities of the job:

Core Roles
- Setup new emails (email + pwd creating, setup email footers, E-signatures etc)
- Manage Licenses (Office, Jira etc, Slack)
- General App user management (Slack, Jira)
- New Hardware sourcing and purchasing
- PC Troubleshooting
- Keep asset register up to date
- Old Hardware management and rotation
- IT Policy Maintenance

Additional Skills:

- Front end development experience is a plus
- Competencies in Adobe graphics packages and MS Office software
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Wide range of technical knowledge across hardware, software and networks
- Problem solving abilities
- Patience and active listening skills
- Conflict resolution
