IT Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Richmind Marketing is seeking Customer Service Sales Associates who want to provide

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ï‚· Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or
improve productivity.
ï‚· One on one sales based interaction with customers
ï‚· Answer questions independent of decision-support tools.
ï‚· Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of
conceptual thinking skills.
ï‚· Offer solutions to issues that are typically non-standard/non-routine and require
extensive clarification.
ï‚· Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of client products and services.
