SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is an established and accredited reseller and service center for all major ICT brands and products. They are currently in the market for a midlevel IT Support consultant who will be based at their client based in the Southern Suburbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
A+, N+ and S+
Clear understanding of office 2010/2013/2016 installation, support and maintenance is required for Windows
Office 365 Setup and configure beneficial
Good understanding of Microsoft products
Understanding of DNS/DHCP
Networking knowledge is required (Fiber Routers, Wi-Fi Access Points, Wireless networks)
Helpdesk knowledge and experience dealing with customers and understanding how to deliver clear and effective IT Support Services
Network Cabling, Wireless configuration, and management
TeamViewer support experience
2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.

Personal skills / attributes

Good communication skills.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Punctual
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated and Presentable.
