POSITION INFO:

The logistics sector in South Africa is booming and companies that support the companies in the industry are doing just as well.

This international company develops and supports a software system that logistics companies use to manage and run their businesses. They need another person to join their IT support team and assist clients with any technical issues that arise.

You will have a great understanding of IT systems and you will have experience of supporting an ERP or similar system (experience on a logistics system would be first prize). In addition , you will have a knowledge of SQL databases.

It goes without saying you will have excellent customer service and communication skills and ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification.
