PLEASE NOTE: This position is in Mandeni North of Stanger

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems.
Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.
Assist at help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems. Basic LAN and WiFi trouble shooting.
Be responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies.
Time to time work in other technological areas, as and when instructed by management.
Responsible for desk top computing environment which includes adding of computer to domains / installation of company software and resolving all desk top issues.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

Matric,

IT qualification Comptia A+

Studying towards / certified Comptia N+

IT support experience in a manufacturing environment.
Able to work overtime from time to time.
Excellent IT skills; specifically Microsoft Word,Excel & powerpoint
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

2-3 years experience

Good communication skills.

Planning and control

Self-motivation

Managing customer relationship

Team work.
