SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to fill an exciting position for IT Supervisor in Cape Town.

Requirements

• CCNA or equivalent
• MCSE or equivalent
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years ’minimum experience in IT industry
• Microsoft Windows Server experience
• Domain Management
• Active Directory
• Group Policy Management
• Print Server Management
• IIS
• Office 365 Exchange
  • SharePoint Site development and management
  • User Role Management
  • Azure AD
  • Mailbox Rules
    • Experience with network security. (Preferable Cisco)
    • Firewall setup & maintenance
    • Network intrusion prevention
      • Software development experience will be advantageous
      • CCTV (Hik-Vision) installations
      • Access Control installations
      • VoIP Installations and maintenance

Key Responsibiliteis

• Responsible for providing high-level, tier 3 support and advice for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business. This includes, but is not limited to Network, Server, Software, Access Control, CCTV and VoIP infrastructure.
• Resolution of network problems, production of network performance statistics, provision of network diagnostic information, network security, site surveys and repairs in accordance with Best Practice standards.
• Responsible for providing, accurate, relevant IT infrastructure designs to enhance business productivity whilst maintaining business best practice standards.
