IT Service Desk Analyst required to join a very successful and established Professional Services Company in Glasgow City Centre.

IT Service Desk Analyst required to join a very successful and established Professional Services Company in Glasgow City Centre.
You will join a fast-paced Service Desk to provide first line support to a busy global user base. You will be responsible for all incidents and service requests made internally within the business. This will be a mixture of providing support over phone and email, as well as floor walking through out the office. You will take end to end ownership of all IT tickets, including being responsible for all communication and the overall technical resolution.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment and this role would be suited to a candidate with strong working knowledge of Windows Desktop environments, Office suite and remote working solutions such as ADSL, Broadband, 3M and VPNS''s
You will have a proven ability to deliver great customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and work well with users at all levels of the business.
The shift pattern for this role is Mon to Fri 8.5 hours a day, hours from 2pm to 12am - (including an hour for break) based on a rotating shift pattern.
Key Skills and Experience
** Supporting Windows 10 environments
** Installation/moves of hardware including laptops
** Strong Office 365 skills
** Knowledge of remote working solutions such as ADSL, Broadband, 3M and VPN''s (virtual private network).
