IT Server & Support Administrator - Killarney Gardens

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• IT Diploma / IT certificate (A+, N+, MCSE, MCSA or equivalent)
• Microsoft 365 certified
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role
• Experience with VMware & Veeam would be advantageous
• Working knowledge of Paltrack, Mimecast, Qlikview, JarrisonTime, Virdi Biometric readers and UNIS would be advantageous
• Standby and travelling between the various sites is a minimum requirement
• Willingness to work shifts as and when required
• Valid driver’s license & own transport

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure, install and maintain networking and compute infrastructures
• Monitor systems and network to ensure no productivity issues
• General AD configuration and management
• Install and configure operating systems and application software on servers/desktops/ laptops
• Implement best practice systems for security and data backups
• ICT asset management
  • Maintain work log on ticketing system
  • Action all user support (first & second line) including printer management and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues
• Liaising with vendors and keeping all stakeholders up to date re developments/progress
• Housekeeping of ICT offices
• Setup of access points and handheld scanners
