To be successful as Datonomy''s IT recruitment specialist, you should come with a massive database of talent, as well as very strong relationships with IT clients, including blue-chip companies. An understanding of the data lifecycle would be hugely beneficial. You should also have excellent communication skills and an ingrained desire to change the world for the better. We understand the transactional side of recruiting, but we are looking for someone who can balance the transactional with the human. We want you to recruit people, not robots.
