SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for an IT Recruitment Consultant to be based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification
5 to 8 years’ recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on IT positions at all levels
Proven track record of successful placements
Good decision-making skills
Performance and objective driven individual
Deadline driven
Exceptional matching abilities (matching job spec to candidate)
Third language would be advantageous
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Willing to work under extreme pressure
Good presentation skills

KPAs:

Network to build a strong database of skilled candidates
Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection)
Application and knowledge of sourcing tools (such as Career portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frame
Proactively map and identify suitable candidates in line with job specifications
Achieve weekly and monthly set activity and financial targets
Prepare for presentations of candidates to clients
Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise
Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients
