POSITION INFO:

IT Recruitment Consultant

This company is a victim of its own success. It has won several high-profile accounts and is now in urgent need of an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the over worked team and identify candidates for all the positions they are working on.

This is what they need:

- Around 5 years’ experience in IT recruitment (not generalist with a bit of IT).

- Solid understanding of up-to-date sourcing techniques.

- Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.

- Organized with strong administrative skills.

This is a position where someone needs to slot in and get up to speed quickly, so you need a very strong background in IT recruitment. You need a real sense of urgency and be target driven. This company has been very successful in winning big accounts and the future is very bright.
