We have an exciting opportunity for a success-driven, tenacious & creative IT recruiting professional to join our IT niche. The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with hands-on recruiting, sourcing, placing & building relationships with candidates and clients. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a resource-rich environment with career advancement opportunities!

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

New business development - prospecting and cold calling

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Talent attracting

Building a talent pool of candidates to market to clients

Conducting reference checks on candidates

Desired Experience and Minimum Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification (Highly Advantageous)

Proven track record in a recruitment agency environment (essential)

Sales driven attitude

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to build and maintain stable and productive relationships

Ability to successfully complete a full recruitment cycle

Ability to harness the sales and marketing process to achieve maximum output
