SUMMARY:

Project Manager | Software & Technology Implementations (warehousing / manufacturing / mining / logistics)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful software implementation projects? We're looking for a highly organised professional to lead multiple technology projects from initiation through to go-live and support handover.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects.
Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, support and business stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder communication.
Ensure successful project closure, sign-off and transition to support teams.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management.
3-5+ years' experience managing software, IT, systems integration or technology implementation projects within a manufacturing, logistics, mining or warehousing environment.
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software implementation lifecycles.
Experience managing project documentation, scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Advantageous

PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar certification.
Experience within software services, ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management or technology consulting environments.
