Requirements

Grade 12 – NQF Level 4 or equivalent
Relevant Project Management qualification; either obtained or working towards (PRINCE2, PMP etc.)
A minimum of 2 years Project Management experience, preferably within a contact centre environment
Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects in both a regulated and non-regulated environment
