JOB OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an Agile Project Manager (Technology) to join our tech team. We are continually expanding and developing product ranges, technologies and systems. The Agile Project Manager (Technology) will be responsible for implementing Scrum methodologies by coaching, mentoring and developing the tech team in order to optimise their performance. You will play a key role in the team, running daily stand-ups and liaising with both the team and the wider business to ensure that all deliverables are being met. You will be responsible for each sprint cycle and will work alongside the Product Manager to assess and continually drive delivery and performance.

POSITION INFO:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain project plans, ensuring the right level of detail and control. Ensure that modifications in plans can be clearly identified and tracked.
• Play an integral role in the daily working of an agile, multi-discipline development team. Manage the daily stand-ups, ensuring priority, requirements and blockers are clearly understood and managed.
• Track and measure project progress and provide weekly tech updates to the project board. 
• Work with the Product Manager to plan sprint cycles, ensuring that dependencies, work allocation and resource availability are considered.
• Facilitate Scrum events such as the Sprint Planning, Sprint Review or Sprint Retrospective.
• Mentor and coach the team members on core Agile values, principles, practices and processes. 
• Organise and lead project meetings, involving relevant stakeholders whilst focusing on efficient use of time.
• Translate discussions into detailed user stories, epics and tasks. Manage the story writing, prioritisation, tracking, and acceptance criteria.

• Previous experience working for an e-commerce company
• 2 - 3 years experience working with an Agile development team
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master Certification - preferred
• An analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving and scoping of projects
• Experience using Project Management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet or similar
