SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for a IT Products Vendor/Contract Administrator with vendor management in IT Security products such as Fortinet, Kubernets, Cybereason, forcepoint and etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Matric /Grade 12 Essential and proficiency in Microsoft office
Experience in part requisition via vendor warranty process
Experience in managing and maintaining IT Security product certification on Gold level, this includes a number of Original Equipment Manufacture’s (OEM) contracts to be renewed with the vendor, quoting and invoicing clients accordingly.
Managed the payment of invoices end-to-end by assuming an auditing responsibility to minimize risk and compliance to policy. Responsible to sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
Delivered the operating plan, achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.
Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation

Responsibilities

Vendor Contract Management and renewals
- Attend to various vendor contract renewals
- Understand Vendor targets
- Ensure all engineers are fully trained on vendors
- Managed partner status of Vendors and Datacentric
- Ensure pipeline and vendor meetings monthly
- Understand all customer renewals with Vendors
- Advise customers and account managers on best-suited options to meet requirements
- Vendor rebates processing

Contract Management

Ensure understanding of deliverables as per contract
Disseminate information to stakeholders
Timeous completion of monthly reporting
Accuracy of data is of critical importance
