IT Manager

Key requirements include:

• Relevant degree or solid IT operations experience
• Experience to include leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out of IT infrastructures across various technologies
• WMS experience is required
• Analytical and logical

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software issues on various platforms including Windows OS, MS-Office, Adobe Reader, WMS, SAP Business One 
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new h/w and s/w
• Troubleshoot issues related to internal IT matters
• Perform preventative maintenance of PCs and servers
• End user support on SAP Business One
• Initiates, co-ordinates and manages policies and procedures
• Staff training
• Ensures a safe and secure work environment
• Technological research
• Implement disaster recovery and backup procedures, IT security and control structures
