IT Helpdesk Technician

SUMMARY:
A customer service oriented IT Helpdesk Technician is wanted urgently to join one of our biggest international clients. The incumbent must come from the Logistics, distribution, and manufacturing space

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for someone to administer and engineer ICT System components to meet service requirements and to provide remote or in-site diagnosis. The incumbent will also support users with systems and application issues.

• 3 -5 years of experience in Logistics, distribution and/or manufacturing Industry

The Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of Office 365, ERP essential
• 3 -5 years in the Logistics, Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry
• MCSE qualification
• Knowledge of Business Central

• Matric
• MCSE Qualification
