IT HELPDESK CONSULTANT

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a suitably qualified and experienced IT HELPDESK CONSULTANT for an international concern - position based in the Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (must have passed all Grade 12 subjects on higher grade) (Grade 12 Maths higher grade pass).

Relevant tertiary IT qualification is essential.

The primary focus is to offer first line support (telephonic/email) and training to customers on all products.

Previous work experience in a support desk environment.

Must have excellent customer care skills.

Strong communication skills.

Previous working experience on:-

- Working with ERP systems (Pastel Evo, AccPac etc).

- Person must have very competent IT Skills (network, PC’s, windows, etc).

- SQL Admin (backups, restore,etc).

- SQL query writing.

- Remote Desktop / GotToAssist / TeamViewer.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary package: - Negotiable
