IT Administrator Brooklyn Pretoria East

Our professional services client is looking for an IT Administrator (Disabled Candidate ONLY) in Brooklyn Pretoria east with at least 2 years similar experience. This is an EE position an only for Disabled candidates. Valid proof of disability needed.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

A+ and N+ Certification

Strong Communications Skills

Specification:

Assist in planning and implementing additions, deletions, and major modifications to support infrastructure

Effectively implement network security

Oversee the administration and maintenance of the networking infrastructure

Oversee the administration of the company''s network

Ensure availability of space on the network

Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery

Work with project teams to assist in implementing internal systems

Deal quickly and effectively with escalated help desk issues and requests

Deal with users at all levels and resolve IT-related issues

Provide solutions to all client problems as quickly and efficiently as possible

Ensure SLA on all helpdesk tasks

Consistently ensure all IT assets within area of responsibility are effectively maintained

Building access control

Provide IT support to different branches (Cape Town, Durban and Call Centre)
