Qualifications / Requirements

• 1 year experience in IT Desktop Support

• Minimum of 1 years Office 365 experience

• A+ and N+ qualifications

• Well presented and spoken candidate, who is looking to establish a career with a progressive and dynamic organization

• Good work ethics and passion for IT required

• Technical skills with:

- Office 365

- MS Office

- Laptop hardware and network hardware

- SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams

Key Performance Areas

• Install, upgrade, support, evaluate and troubleshoot systems, server rooms, network applications, software and IT hardware

• Diagnose and resolve Windows applications and networking problems

• Customise desktop hardware

• Provide desktop support

• Create user accounts

• Maintain SharePoint sites and manage user permissions

• Maintain IT records and confidentiality

• Track and create hardware software inventory

• Provide backup systems, desktop and network support
