Create and transfer script files on pharmacies dispensing system via VPN/FTP or TV  

Request script files from other vendors when needed. 

Load script files into the System via claims loader  

Save scheme statements onto network from outlook and FTP site. 

Generate monthly reports on time.  

Generate ERAs and load them onto the client’s system or FTP site.  

Communicate with admin team when reports are generated for checking and sending to clients.  

Communicate with management re status of tasks and Month End processes.  

Follow procedures and complete all checklists timeously.  

Generate and retrieve month end reports from client’s dispensing systems.  

Complete monthly recons accurately and timeously Outstanding Scripts @ client vs the company in excel. 

ERAs generated vs loaded @ the client. 

Check SQL queries to match our data to the client’s data. 

Bank recons 

Maintaining IT process documentation 

Tasks related to CBOS. 

Keep process documentation of all IT tasks up to date, add documentation when needed. 

Desktop Support for staff 

Managing Entire Leave and Overtime process (Ensure data accuracy and flows run successfully – improve when needed). 

Managing Work from home process (Ensure data accuracy and flows run successfully – improve when needed). 

Managing Incident process flow (Ensure data accuracy and flows run successfully – improve when needed). 

Managing Clock in and clock out flows (Ensure data accuracy and flows run successfully – improve when needed). 

Managing Suggestion and Complaints flows (Ensure data accuracy and flows run successfully – improve when needed). 

Managing IT Vendor Setup flows and SharePoint site. 

Creating new users on the company’s system and network.  

Creating and maintaining user accounts on Office 365. 

Taking responsibility for back-ups and taking them offsite. 

Managing all back-up processes (DB, SERVER, TEST, STATEMENT LOADER, EMAIL ARCHIVES) 

Procuring hardware from suppliers when required
