-      Anti-virus checks and management

-      Biometric system management and support

-      CRM application functionality updates and maintenance

-      email server management

-      Manage on and offsite data backup sites

-      Quotation application functionality updates and maintenance

-      Regional websites updates and maintenance

-      Server infrastructure management and support

-      Technical and user support

-      Website and web-application hosting provisioning

-      Website updates and maintenance
