IT Call Planner /Receptionist

SUMMARY:
A Receptionist & Call Planner builds effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and operate well within a team environment. The individual displays strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery in meeting SLA’s and assigning call to Technicians.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIRED LEARNING

• 1-2 years IT Experience Preferred
• IT Qualification preferred
• 1-2 years help desk experience preferred
  

• Answering the switchboard, directing calls, and taking
• Log all customers reported faults on the
• Manage and track the reported
• Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault
• Capture the reported fault progress status on the system
• Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged
• Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians
• Process all Job Cards on the system
• Ensure all documentation is filled
• Update multiple systems where needed
