POSITION INFO:

I am urgently looking for IT Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for the planning, controlling and co-ordination of business information and providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Managing Director and leadership team.

EXPERIENCE

Practical experience in business consulting background 3 - 5 years (Non - Negotiable)

Practical experience in ICT / Telecoms environment 3 - 5 years (Non - Negotiable)

SKILLS

Ability to elicit and analyse user requirements (Non-negotiable)
Customer Service Orientation (Non-negotiable)
Business Acumen
Business Process Management (BPM)
MS Office
Visio
PowerPoint
SharePoint (Document Management)
