A multinational, listed leading technology service management company is on the lookout for a Data Analytics specialist. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual, who can work efficiently in gathering data from various sources and providing accurate interpretation of trends and patterns. This high-flyer should be able to offer ways to improve business processes and assist in decision making
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Completed relevant honours degree in Mathematics, Audit or Computer Science
- 3-5 years conducting deep data analytics reviews
- Experience in reporting, data models, analysation of large data sets
- Experience using systems to solve problems
- 2-3 years’ experience in Project and Reporting environment
- Communication skills- verbal and written
- 1 – 2 years audit experience required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collection and interpretation of data, and Identifying patterns as well as trends in data sets
- Analysis of results and follow ups on results with business stakeholders
- Reporting the results back to members of the business
- Working with colleagues within the business or the management team to identify business needs
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes, understanding internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices
- Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- lead functional teams or projects
