Duties:

• Conduct compliance and IT audits in line with regulatory frameworks and company standards.
• Review internal controls, processes, and systems to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Assist in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) or similar IT/business risk and control-based audits.
• Prepare audit reports with clear documentation and actionable recommendations.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training in areas of expertise.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure effective audit outcomes.
• Support ad hoc compliance and risk-related projects as required.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce (NQF Level 7) or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT, CEH, or ISO 27001 are advantageous.

• 2 - 3 years of auditing experience, ideally with Big 4 IT audit exposure.
• Knowledge of SOX or similar IT and business risk-based audits.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and IT governance.
• Excellent report writing, documentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical, logical, and detail-oriented approach to auditing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and client liaison skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Ethical, reliable, discreet, and professional.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a passion for IT and continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks.
