As an integral part of the team, you'll take the lead in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance audits, ensuring they align with approved methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and contractual obligations. From performing thorough compliance tests to crafting detailed audit reports, your contributions will be vital in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and precision.

Duties:

• Plan and schedule audit projects, conduct both onsite and remote self-regulatory reviews, and submit certifications.
• Draft client proposals from approved templates, manage client relationships, and handle administrative tasks such as drafting invoices.
• Inform clients about certification processes and provide ongoing assistance in maintaining compliance.
• Draft reports and certificates within set deadlines using M-Files for efficient project management.
• Familiarize yourself with regulated market platform requirements for technical gambling systems certification.
• Provide feedback on working documents and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to enhance departmental and interdepartmental procedures.
• Perform administrative duties, including expense claims, travel arrangements, and IT resource management to mitigate operational and security risks.
• Understand and apply company policies to ensure professional representation in new business opportunities.
• Attend team meetings to discuss projects and provide support as needed

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting / BCom Information Technology
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, etc.) are advantageous

• Minimum 3-5 years of systems and process IT auditing experience within a Big 4 audit firm
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, SOX, and IT business risk audits
• Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks

• Analytical mindset with lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
• Able to work both autonomously and within a team structure
• Focused with high attention to detail and accuracy
