JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Assistant

Our client is looking for an IT Assistant to help with the current IT workload, tasks, and some bits of on-boarding (setting up access etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Managing company mobiles and contracts and monitoring bills.
Managing company landlines and contracts and monitoring bills monthly.
Managing porter mobiles / landlines etc. and contracts plus set up.
IT and any other equipment for staff members and especially SA based employees.
Managing the MDM software and 8 x 8 (telephone system) and checking all diverts in place as needed.
Managing the database of IT equipment and laptops.
Managing the email database – Office 365 and One Drive platform.
Keeping track of access and passwords to all possible platforms and IT software.
Keeping track of all IT tasks.
Helping out the team with IT and software queries.
Assiting HR with on-boarding (the IT parts and setting up access to platforms).
Monitoring company software subscriptions, e.g., Adobe etc.

Salary: Market related.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Area: Stellenbosch area.
