ISO/OHS QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY:
Reputable Company in Linbro Park ( Sandton) is looking for an effective ISO/OHS Administrator to take full responsibility of the ISO and OHS function for the Company.

POSITION INFO:

Summary of position

The ISO/OHS Administrator is the key co-ordinator for the development of the quality and OHS system and once the system has been certified, assumes responsibility for on-going system maintenance and effectiveness of operation.

Summary of duties

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree preferred in Quality Management.
• 5 years or more experience in a Quality Administrator Position
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma.
• Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
• Similar Product or industry-specific experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO/OHS Legislation essential.

 Key Competencies and Requirements

• Knowledge of Hydraulic and Industrial hose products an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written.
• Data collection, management and analysis skills.
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Ability to function alone or in a team.

• Intermediate to senior computing skills, i.e. excel, word, PP.
