POSITION INFO:

Manufacturing concern is seeking an experienced ISO/OHS Administrator and general administrator which will include - booking in of stock, invoicing, switchboard, creditors etc. This is a 6month contract

Key requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • ISO 9001:2015 knowledge and understanding – A Qualification in the field will be an added advantage
  • OHS Act knowledge & understanding
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Syspro working experience
  • The ideal candidate must
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Pay good attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Must be a self-motivated individual

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and improve the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
  • Manage & maintain, the company’s OHS system; Host toolbox talks; Manage OHS induction and awareness training; Incident investigations ; IOD Claims
  • Communicate ISO and OHS expectations to employees and provide coaching and corrective action when needed
  • Prepare for and manage external and internal quality audits
  • General office administration
  • Any other reasonable task provided by Management
