JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will report to the Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the Company at the CCMA
Responsible for recruitment of branch staff
Compilation of HR Management Information
Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
Consulting with line Management and staff regarding HR issues

Job Experience:

3 - 5 years working experience in a generalist HR field (at least 2 years in IR); Essential
Experience with CCMA processes up to and including arbitration level in relevant country; Essential
Experience working in a Retail environment; Desirable
Facilitation; Desirable
Grade 12; Essential
National Diploma in HR Management or equivalent experience/qualification with subjects covering: Industrial Relations or Labour Law; Essential
Registration as an associate with the South African Board of Personnel Practice; Desirable
Must have a code 08 driving license, valid passport

Education:

Grade 12; Essential
National Diploma in HR Management or equivalent experience/qualification with subjects covering: Industrial Relations or Labour Law; Essential
Registration as an associate with the South African Board of Personnel Practice; Desirable
Must have a code 08 driving license, valid passport
