Our client a freight company is looking for an IR Specialist to join them in the HR Department. The IR Specialist is responsible for creating direction for the maintenance of labour stability and monitoring adherence to company rules and regulations within the employee relations space.
Competencies required by the job holder should include the ability to:
Provide optimum levels of leadership, if required, encouragement, training and support in order to help others achieve their results.
Mentor, counsel, coach and generally support those who are not confident in their area of competence, building moral and personal esteem and generally encouraging others to give their best performance.
Min Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, with post graduate diploma in industrial relations
5 years within an industrial IR Industrial relations role
