SUMMARY:
We are searching for an Industrial Relations officer to join our team of HR, IR and Employment Equity consultants.
Candidate will Be integrated as a senior employee in the IR department to attend to CCMA, union and Labour Court matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Labour Law degree / diploma
Minimum 2 years experience with CCMA conciliations and con-arbs
Intermediate skills in Microsoft office (especially Excel and Word)
Experience drafting rescission applications and objections
3 years experience with union negotiations
Must be able to communicate well, written and spoken
Must be trustworthy, diligent, and capable of working independently
Own car and valid license NON NEGOTIABLE
