JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:

Assist with the commencement of the abscondment process i.e. send telegrams and follow up communication.
Monitor and manage telegram invoices and ensure all is in order before sending it to the HR Officer Benefits for processing on a monthly basis.
Ensure that all TES AOD’s are kept on record and control the invoicing process to the labour brokers by checking that the employee is still active on the WageKeep system
