IOD Administrator - Polokwane

SUMMARY:
Our client requires an IOD Administrator who can manage the IOD claims on the computerised system to be based in the Polokwane, Limpopo area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification
  
• Aptitude for numbers/accounting – debtors or creditors experience will be beneficial 
• Computer literate – intermediate to advance knowledge of Word and Excel
• Experience in medical practice administration will be highly beneficial
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in processing of medical accounts. and/or experience in an external client facing role dealing with medical accounts
• Must have a valid unendorsed SA driver’s license and own vehicle 
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans

KPAs:

• For manual employers (not yet on eCOIDA) capture the Employer’s report data on behalf of the casualty practice
• Ensure smooth workflow by uploading the relevant supporting documents and annotating document types
• Training of new clients on eCOIDA in terms of the relevant requirements for such client’s discipline
• Provide training to clients in respect of the IOD claim as well as any disciplinary requirements
• Changes in rules and regulations must be promptly communicated to the clients
• Client Relationship Management
• Provide continuous feedback, telephonic and email, to each Supervisor/Management pertaining to the clients managed by that Supervisor
• Provide accurate data and examples of any problems encountered whilst working on eCOIDA.
