INTERNAL SALES/TRAINING ADVISOR - NEW BUSINESS (TELESALES) (Brackenfell) R11 500
POSITION INFO:
Company specialising in providing training seeks a Afrikaans speaking Telesales Sales Exec to identify prospective clients, deliver a prepared sales talk over the telephone while describing training service options in order to solicit orders for services. You will therefore be comfortable in speaking on the phone with several people each day, establish trust, ensure that your interaction with clients and colleagues are fast, efficient and reliable and establish the company as the preferred provider. Candidates with very strong administration skills/background struggle to adapt to this position as their main function is making outbound calls each day.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing
Attend to all inbound calls as well as outbound calls as per daily area schedule and address enquiries and question in a sufficient manner.
Ensure that classes are filled to their minimum / maximum capacity and follow-up timely with clients.
Ensure to meet daily and monthly targets as set out hereunder. These targets are subject to change and are only applicable during the probation period.
Booking management
Schedule training facilitators according to client’s needs and area in a cost-effective manner and according to language required.
Draft and send appropriate paperwork to client.
Ensure that interaction is based on the principles specified in the marketing and booking cycle log.
Database management and Customer care
Ensure that client database is managed, up to date and maintained.
Attend to client queries, problems and/or questions in an efficient manner
Attend to and assist with all marketing and publicity events when required.
Skill-set requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans (first language) & English (speak, read, write)
Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with an excellent telephonic manner.
Results driven and customer focused.
Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, assertiveness and active listener.
Persuasion skills
Excellent product knowledge
Professional at all times.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Team player
Computer literate specifically MS Office & Outlook literate
1 year+ experience in telemarketing/sales
Knowledge of social media
Able to work independently
Salary: R11 500 (target based)
If target is not reached the salary will be R7500
We work from Mondays to Fridays 08:00 – 17:00
Closed over weekends, public holidays and 3 weeks during December.
