POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
ØGrade 12, with maths and/or accounting.
ØFAIS accreditation (NQF5 plus RE qualifications).
ØPreference will be given to a candidate with an RE1 qualification.
ØAt least three years’ experience in short term insurance within the agri and commercial environment and the crop insurance environment.
ØPrevious experience in a managerial role.
ØValid drivers license.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ØSourcing of new business.
ØRetain current business.
ØFulfil managerial functions.
SKILLS:
ØSound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English.
ØComputer literate (MS Office).
ØExcellent sales and marketing skills.
ØExceptional interpersonal skills.
