INSETA Trainer/ Assessor

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available at a large insurance firm for an experienced INSETA registered Training Assistant/ Facilitator within the personal lines division with strong administration skills.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the trainers with general training administration.

The primary function of the Assessor will be to assess all formatives and summatives for all skills programmes under the Further Education Training Certificate: Short Term Insurancequalification, SAQA ID 66610.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)

• 3 years call centre experience
• 2 years training assistant/ fascilitator experience in financial services
• Minimum 6 months assessing experience
• NQF5 level 5 (fascilitator qualification)
• FETC Short Term Insurance NQF L4 – 66610 / 49929
• Moderation qualification will be beneficial
