My Client i is looking for a IMS/Quality Supervisor to join their team

POSITION INFO:

My Client in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry is looking for a IMS/Quality Supervisor to join their team

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate, maintain and improve the Business Management System in accordance with THE COMPANY, Customer Specific Requirements, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 standards and specifications as well as the verification of production & product / goods.
• Actively promote the concept of THE COMPANY’s Quality Management Systems
• Ensure that all Quality staff provide the necessary support to ensure that any problems identified are brought to the attention of the relevant Management and that effective and timeous corrective action is implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
• Co-ordinates and plans regular internal audits which include system, process and product. This includes maintaining and updating audit checklists and turtle diagrams.
• Monitoring the calibration system, certificates, and all relevant measuring devices
• Analyses, evaluates, provides and / or presents relevant information for input into meetings / investigations.
• Co-ordinate and ensure that Process Capability studies are conducted and available for all processes
• Ensure that all Customer Specific Requirements are adhered to.
• Participate in quality assurance projects

Minimum Requirements:

• A Matric Certificate.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience. Preferably with manufacturing experience
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control
• Sound knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
• Sound Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
