IMS Supervisor

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an IMS Supervisor for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

 

• Matric with 3 - 5 years relevant experience – manufacturing preferred
• MS Office literacy and excellent verbal / written skills
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control
• Sound knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and Measurement System Analysis

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Co-ordinate, maintain and improve the Business Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 standards and specifications as well as the verification of production
• Promote  the company’s Quality Management Systems
• Ensure that all quality staff provide the necessary support to ensure that problems identified are corrected to prevent reoccurrence
• Co-ordinate / plan regular internal audits, maintain and update audit checklists and turtle diagrams
• Calibration of devices, systems, and certificates
• Analyze, evaluate, and present information for meetings / investigations
• Co-ordinate and ensure that Process Capability Studies are conducted
• Ensure that all Customer Specific Requirements are adhered to and participate in quality assurance projects
